When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, what you are looking for and any message you write. If you use the calculator and then send the form, I also receive the numbers you entered. Like most sites, the hosting service keeps basic technical logs (for example, the type of browser and the time of the visit).
If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about your inquiry. How often depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. I do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
I do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make this site and my work possible: Team Price Real Estate, my sponsoring brokerage; Wise Agent, the system where I keep my client contacts; Netlify, which hosts this site and receives the forms; and Zapier, which passes form entries to Wise Agent. If we work together on a transaction, the people involved in it (for example a lender, title company or the other agent) will see what is needed for that transaction.
